Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made to design for up to 24 hours after purchase. Just message me with you order number :)
How long does it take to make my rug?
From design submission to day of shipping it is a maximum of 8 weeks, however usually rugs are usually done within 4 weeks :)
I am a Las Vegas local, do I get a discount on shipping?
Yes! Just enter in your address in billing details, and local shipping ($0) will automatically be applied to your order :)
